Composition

One dose of vaccine contains live virus, obtained on SPF chicken embryos:

Virus of Newcastle Disease, strain Hitchner B1 ≥ 106,0 EID50.

Pharmaceutical form

Freeze-dried tablet.

Immunological properties

Vaccine provides protection in vaccinated birds against Newcastle Disease.

Target species

Chickens, turkeys, poultry.

Indications

Preventive immunization of clinically healthy birds against Newcastle Disease.

Interaction with other preparations

Do not mix with other medicinal and preventive preparations.

Special precautions (during laying period)

Permitted for application.

Day old chicks

Single dose

Vaccine is dissolved in clean, boiled water, which should not contain ions of chlorine and iron

Intraocular/intranasal method

Chicks

2 droplets

(2 x 0.05 ml)

Dissolve 1000 doses of the vaccine with 100 ml of saline solution

Coarse spray method

Day-old chicks under the incubator conditions

Approximate diameter of droplets should be 0.1-0.3 mm

Vaccine is dissolved with 30-50 ml of cool distilled water per 100 chicks

Chicks in a poultry house conditions

Approximate diameter of droplets should be 0.2-0.3 mm

Dissolve 1000 doses of the vaccine with 150-500ml of cool, distilled, or boiled water. Spraying is done from a distance of 30-40 cm above chicks

Withdrawal period

0 days.

Self-life

18 months. The vaccine should be used within 2 hours after dissolving.

Storage conditions

Store the vaccine in dry, dark places, out of reach of children, at +2 to +8° С. Freezing and storing the vaccine during the expiration date at a temperature of minus 20°C does not have a negative effect on the quality of the drug. They are transported by all types of transport in compliance with the specified temperature regimes.
