Composition

One dose of vaccine contains a vaccine strain of Swine Erysipelas WR2В ≥ 2 х 10¹⁰ CFU prior to inactivation.

Immunological properties

Immune response in healthy animals is formed in 2 weeks after vaccination and persists for 6 months.

Indication

Preventive immunization of pigs against Swine Erysipelas.

Special precautions (during gestation)

Not recommended to vaccinate pregnant sows one week before farrowing. Lactating sows are vaccinated without restrictions.

Route of administration and dosage

Sows of main herd are vaccinated once, 2 weeks prior to insemination.

Re-vaccination (booster vaccination) of animals is carried out every 6 months.

Withdrawal period

0 days. Slaughter of animals for meat does not depend on term of vaccination.

Self life

24 months. Once vial opened the vaccine should be used within 3 hours.
